You have been approved now what?
Once you are approved here are the next steps!
1. You have 3 business days to bring
 in the security deposit. If we do not receive the deposit within that time period you forfeit the property.

2. Once we have received your 
deposit we will discuss your lease signing date.

3. You will need to have all required utilities 
in your name by your lease signing date. NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. If you choose to move in after the 15th of the month you will be REQUIRED to pay pro-rate for that month as well as the next month's rent.

Moving forward we will NO longer be accepting rental payments in our office. 

You can make rental payments the following ways: 
Online (preferred method), by mail, or you can drop it in the drop box located in front of our office. 
The drop box will remain open 24/7 and is checked several times a day. 

Non-emergency maintenance request need to be emailed to: maintenance@wzproperties.com

Due to the daily increase of Covid 19 cases in NC we are now mandating that anyone entering our lobby have on a face covering. 
You will not be allowed in without a face covering.
Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Closed Saturday & Sunday
Please note that our office does not lend 
out keys to view properties after 4:00 pm.
