You have been approved now what?
Once you are approved here are the next steps!
1. You have 3 business days to bring
 in the security deposit. If we do not receive the deposit within that time period you forfeit the property.

2. Once we have received your 
deposit we will discuss your lease signing date.

3. You will need to have all required utilities 
in your name by your lease signing date. NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. If you choose to move in after the 15th of the month you will be REQUIRED to pay pro-rate for that month as well as the next month's rent. 
Please note that our office does not lend 
out keys to view properties after 4:00 pm.

Pet Policy

Many of the properties that Wrenn Zealy manages do not allow pets. The properties that do allow pets have breed/size restrictions. Dogs Must weigh no more than 40 pounds. The following dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance purposes. 

1) Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terrier
2) Dobermans
3) Rottweilers
4) Chow Chows
5) Great Danes
6) Perro De Presa Canario
7) Akita
8) Alaskan Malamute
9) German Shepherds
10) Siberian Huskies
OR ANY MIX OF THE ABOVE BREEDS

**Please note this does not apply to Certified Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals**

the drop box located in front of our office.
