Kirk's-Sineath Towing has multiple contracts to tow from multiple properties that WZP manages. Please refer to the maintenance addendum in your lease to see the reasons your car could be towed.

"I will be late paying my rent what should I do?"
Please call our office if you know your rent will be late. Our office can not guarantee anything but we strive to work with our tenants if we can. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, Late on the 2nd, late fee charged after the 5th and you are subject to court papers after the 15th. 
"My lease dates are up, am I still required to give a 30 day notice?"
Per your lease you are required to give our office a 30 day written notice regardless if your lease has ended. Once your lease term is up you become a month to month tenant.
