Important Criteria for Application:

Monthly gross income that is 3 to 4 times the amount of the monthly rent.

A "married couple" can combine income to accomplish this requirement, but room mates can not.

Satisfactory report of previous rental history.

Satisfactory Credit Report

Satisfactory Criminal Background Check.

1. Driver's license or photo ID.
2. Social Security Number. 
3. Name and phone number of former and, or, present landlords.
4. Name and phone number of employer.
5. Copies of current pay stubs to verify income and employment
6. $40.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Application Fee              (Money Order, Bank Check, or Debit Card). It will be an additional $20.00 for any occupant over the age of 18 yrs old

  NO CASH OR CHECK PAYMENT FOR APPLICATION FEE.
